Thank you for looking after the assembly and delivery of my bicycle. it arrived yesterday afternoon and in less than an hour, I had it out for a trial run.

I had never even seen a Dawes Galaxy until then, but I read about them, and the quality has really got to be seen and felt to appreciate what the manufacturer has set out to do.

It's easy to understand why people rave about them!

We got the bike on Thursday. I missed the delivery guy by about 5 minutes, but he had the presence of mind to leave it around the back where it was safe and I didn't have to mess about rearranging delivery or finding the depot, which I am very pleased about.

I am most pleased about the bike, well worth the wait. My wife is really chuffed with it and I can see that you really have done right by us as we have clearly ended up with a lot of bike for the money. I appreciate your efforts and wish you every success because anyone who looks after their customers deserves to do well. I shall be recommending Discover Cycling to my friends and colleagues.

I received my Raleigh Oakland on Monday, 18th April. I was so pleased that it was already complete, in the extremely large box, except for the pedals and tightening the handlebars into place. The bike is of a brilliant quality and looks stunning!

I can't wait to get out and about on it. I need a bit of practice and more confidence as I have not been on a bike for 20 years. This bike is easy to ride, though!

Just a quick note of thanks for fulfillment of my order so quickly. I ordered a Claud Butler Dalesman through the DiscoverCycling website last Thursday and it arrived the following Tuesday, exactly as ordered, fully built up and in perfect condition. And I saved around £175 as well. I have now had a chance to ride it and love it already, after cycling for over 47 years and 140,000 miles it's the best bike I've ever had. Thanks again for such great service. I would definitely recommend you to anyone else looking for a new bike.

As discussed on 30/07/10 i would like to confirm the revised delivery date for my Dawes Galaxy Plus, we have agreed on tuesday 10/08/10 with a am delivery slot, and i would like to thank you for keeping me informed about the problems you have had to overcome. I now look forward to receiving my new bike, i know Mr Clark is pleased with his purchase and Mr Alford is awaiting delivery of his Galaxy through the cycle scheme.

I hope we all have many years of doing business with you and your team, it is nice to come across a company who tells it as it is rather than trying paper over the cracks when problems happen.This is a better way of doing business keeping the customer informed - well done to all concerned.

Very recently I went on an organised cycling holiday to the Somme district of Picardy in France, taking with me my brand new bike, purchased especially for the trip,from DiscoverCycling. Unfortunately I encountered a few problems with it, resulting in having to find a bike shop, to have it repaired. On returning home, I submitted an e-mail to DiscoverCycling, explaining the problems.

I was promptly replied to by one of the directors of DiscoverCycling, who was very polite and apologetic on hearing of my plight, and assured me he would do everything in his power to find out how the problem had occurred, and do his utmost to see that it could never happen again to any of his customers! He also gave me his telephone number if I felt the need to speak to him personally. I did this,and I would just like to say I can only describe him as an absolute gentleman! Speaking with this man, it was obvious that his concern was in total sincerity, somebody who regards his customers as paramount, a quality fast fading in this country! Not only did he shoulder full responsibility as retailer for the disruption I experienced, but insisted he reimburse me the costs incurred due to the subsequent repairs! Although I have experienced these problems, I will have no hesitation in dealing with DiscoverCycling in the future! Well done to him, he is a credit to his profession, and obviously strives to achieve customer satisfaction!

Just a note to say how impressed I was with my recent dealings with your company. I found that the price was very competitive, delivery was arranged within a matter of days and the bike duly arrived as scheduled. The bike was in A1 condition and all that was required was adjustment of the handlebars and she was “ready to go”. (The saddle was even set to the correct height – now that is IMPRESSIVE!)

I have just purchased a Raleigh Royal from DiscoverCycling. The price was an amazing GBP410 including delivery.

When I rang to order the bike I connected to a warm body with minimum hassle from the switchboard. The gentleman concerned was extremely courteous and was happy to allow me to specify the day of delivery.

The bike arrived on the morning of the specified day at my rural home which most carriers cannot find with both hands and a satnav.

I placed the above order for a Land Rover Schiara 2009 bike on Friday morning. The gentleman that took my order was extremely helpful and said that the bike would be despatched on either Tuesday or Wednesday so expected delivery by Friday. I came home today to find that the bike had been delivered and it's only Tuesday! Many thanks for excellent service. My husband is just taking it out of the box and it looks really impressive. Now all I've got to do is learn to ride it.
